Clear your mind, sit down and think deeply, why do we complaining about something that we invest much of our time and effort in? No doubt that there are lots of pressure occurs in a workplace. Main sources including lack of context, task management problems, deadlines, unachievable goals and unclear leadership.
Don’t get me wrong that you can’t express but don’t stuck in your own loop. According to a Canadian Psychologist, Donald O. Hebb said that, when a thought and feeling was held constantly, it triggered a massive amount of neurons which they get together and become a new neural network – “neurons that fire together, wire together”.
So if you are holding an expression often, it becomes a habit to see situations in a same point of view either positive or negative, which YOU’RE UNCONTROLLABLE. If your brain has been trained to see things negatively, you will be stuck in the same rut, until you are consciously aware.
Psst, it is a very dangerous thing. 
Get yourself away from complaining! It is what I’m doing to myself too, trade viewpoint to be thankfulness. Instead of,
“Why I have to do this? He/She should complete it but not me.”
“I do not have enough time to complete my works! Why I always have to work till late night?”
Why not,
“Great that I am able to expose to different tasks to contribute to the company.”
“Every work bring a value to my own experience, nailed it, learned it and teach others.”
Suddenly, you see silver linings and glasses half full. Work with inspiration and go find some happy people. Energize by your own enthusiasm!
